  • Installing storm drains along Pullen Road and the future Pullen Road extension, from the south side of Hillsborough Street north to Oberlin Road.

Construction crews will be conducting nighttime construction near the Hillsborough Street intersections at Pullen and Oberlin Roads, including:

  • Installing manholes and sewer lines starting at the Hillsborough/Oberlin intersection, moving west to Pullen Road and the Wardlaw Building, and then north along Ferndell Lane.

Hillsborough Street should remain open to traffic during these nighttime activities, but be aware that crews may need to temporarily close Hillsborough Street between Oberlin and Pullen Roads or Ferndell Lane during the work.
